AlphaGrade Peptides does not accept product returns, including unopened products. Please check the product, quantity, brand, and documentation before placing an order. Do not send products back without contacting us.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us through our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and product labels so the shipment can be reviewed. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund or replacement; any resolution will be communicated after review.

Products are for laboratory research use only, not for human or animal consumption. Product documentation is specific to the supplier, product, and tested lot.
