AlphaGrade ships eligible online orders to United States addresses. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown during checkout before payment.
Shipping charge
Online orders currently use flat-rate shipping. The current charge is shown at checkout and is presently $7.50.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment is accepted and inventory is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates and carrier delays may occur.
Shipping address
Review the shipping address before placing your order. If an address needs correction, contact AlphaGrade immediately. An address cannot always be changed after a carrier has received the package.
Tracking and carrier delays
Tracking details are provided when available. Carrier scans, transit times, weather delays, and final delivery timing are controlled by the carrier.
Missing or damaged packages
Contact AlphaGrade through the support form with your order number. For visible damage, include clear photos and keep the packaging until support responds.
Pahrump retail location
Online shipping is separate from in-store availability. AlphaGrade is located inside Social Suicide Tattoos, 1541 E Basin Ave, Pahrump, NV 89060. Store hours are Monday–Friday, 1–5 PM; Saturday–Sunday closed.
