These terms explain online purchases from AlphaGrade Peptides at alphagradepeptides.com. Please review them and the linked policies before placing an order.

1. Eligibility and research use

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Our products are intended only for lawful laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, self-administration, or medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use.

By ordering, you confirm that you understand these restrictions and are responsible for appropriate research facilities, training, handling, storage, and disposal. If ordering for an organization, you must have authority to place the order. We may decline orders that are inconsistent with these restrictions.

2. Product information and documentation

Review the product name, brand, stated quantity per vial, pack size, and available documentation before ordering. AlphaGrade and BioMod are distinct brands. A brand name or product nickname does not replace the information on the listing and product label.

Certificates of analysis and other reports concern the samples identified in those documents. Match the brand, product, and lot; a report for another brand or lot is not a substitute. Testing panels vary. A listed report does not establish current stock, the lot you will receive, or suitability for human or animal use. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of a particular lot or report.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Review the item quantities, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and total at checkout before submitting payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Do not send payment-card details through email or our contact form.

Prices and offers may change for future orders. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

4. Orders and availability

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfillment depends on payment acceptance, product availability, and review of the order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can reach you about any issue.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payment for the unfulfilled purchase, including applicable shipping charges. We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable stock, payment problems, suspected fraud, or an intended use inconsistent with these terms.

5. Shipping and delays

We ship eligible online orders to United States addresses. Available shipping options and the final charge appear at checkout. Please read our Shipping Policy for address corrections, tracking, and package concerns.

We will ship within the timeframe stated for your order or, if none is stated, within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will notify you and provide the choice of agreeing to a delay or cancelling for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law. Transit estimates are separate from shipment timing.

6. Cancellation requests

Contact us promptly with your order number if you need to cancel or correct an order. Requests cannot always be accommodated once an order has been prepared or shipped. We will confirm whether the request can be completed. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law, including rights relating to delayed shipment.

7. Returns and order problems

We do not accept product returns, including unopened products. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy before purchasing. Do not send products back without contacting us.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep the packaging and product labels, and provide photos of visible damage when available. We will review the issue and communicate the resolution. The no-returns policy does not remove any remedy or refund required by applicable law.

8. Information and privacy

Website content and product documentation are provided as research and ordering information, not medical advice. They do not establish suitability for a particular experiment or guarantee a research outcome. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle customer and order information.

9. These terms and your rights

The version displayed when you place your order applies to that order. Future changes will be dated on this page and will apply to future orders. The linked shipping and returns policies form part of the ordering information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
